Sanya July 2014: Girls Trip

This July, we headed over to Sanya for a girls weekend. Only a 1.5 hour flight from Hong Kong, it is an easy get away. We flew out Friday morning and flew back late Sunday night. Just the right amount of time.

A little bit of bocce ball to kick off the day. Gillian had mad skills.

Dinner at Casa Mia. Highly recommend. Bennie took great care of us and the food was really good. Italian in China, who knew. 32 weeks pregnant at the time of photo.

Our boy, Bennie.

Apparently Oreos are a big deal in these parts of China. Naturally we had to try out all the funky flavors. I think cake batter was the winner.

The next day we headed to a Dadonghai beach to get a local feel. I am not sure what these things they are called, but I had them the last time I was in Sanya and loved them. I tried the mango flavor this time.

We all almost stepped on this guy when we got into the water.

You can rent the chairs by the day. Perfect for us. It was so hot, you had to be in some shade.

We hit up Wo's Beach Bar for lunch.

What are the chances of seeing this when I sit down for lunch?

Pregnant belly looking big!!!

Loved this chair near the lobby of the villa. "Please be safe" Shephali.

Chilling back at the pool at the villa. I thought I took more picture of this. Oops.

Yoga moves at the house.
 Dinner our last night

After another full day, we snuck up to the rooftop bar at the hotel for sunset drinks before we headed to the airport.

Our Villa was the one on the end.

Thanks gals for a fantastic trip. Where are we going next?!
