Cochrane's Painkiller Club

I would love to tell you that the Painkiller Club is a new class that I have taken up at the gym. In reality, the Painkiller in reference is a cocktail that is famous in the British Virgin Islands. And there just happens to be a bar here dedicated to serving them up. So naturally Matt and I and joined. We shamelessly made our friend Teddy join as well-not that he really protested. It is a delicious drink for the beach or hanging out poolside.

Trivia: The Soggy Dollar Bar on the island of Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands claims to be the bar where this drink was invented.

At Cochrane's with my new mug-free with membership. Notice all the ones behind me hanging on the wall.

Painkiller Recipe
3 oz Pusser's® dark rum
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut milk
1 oz orange juice
Nutmeg
Preparation
Pour all contents over ice, shake vigorously, and serve in a glass. Add a sprinkle of fresh nutmeg on top. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry through a bamboo spike.

For a traditional PK, use Pusser's Rum
Note: We learned that there are 3 levels for this drink (I went the Goldilocks route gave the middle recipe):
* Painkiller #2 ... 2 oz Pusser's Rum
* Painkiller #3 ... 3 oz Pusser's Rum
* Painkiller #4 ... 4 oz Pusser's Rum
